The service
MergeSearch (part of MBWorkers) provides done-for-you research — market maps, longlists and related deliverables — built from public sources. We deliver information to support your work.
Information, not advice
Our deliverables are for your own analysis and decision-making. They are not investment, legal, tax or hiring advice, and not a recommendation to enter into or refrain from any transaction or hire. We stand behind the traceability of our work; the commercial judgment — which deal, which candidate — is yours and yours alone.
What we stand behind
Every claim we deliver is cited and traceable to its source, and estimates are labeled as estimates. We don’t guarantee business outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for how you use our deliverables and for verifying anything material before you act on it — the sources are linked precisely so you can.
Billing
The service is a flat monthly subscription, billed in advance, cancellable any month. No setup fees, no success fees. A full first-month money-back is available if the work isn’t obviously worth it.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant period. MergeSearch is a service of MBWorkers, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 96195363). These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Questions: info@mbworkers.com.
