Who we are
MergeSearch, part of MBWorkers (“we”, “us”) provides a done-for-you research service. The data controller is MBWorkers (KvK 96195363), registered in the Netherlands. For any privacy question, email info@mbworkers.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you submit our contact form, we receive your name, firm, work email, and the brief you describe. We do not run advertising trackers, and we keep cookies to the strict minimum needed for the site to work.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to you, build the free deliverable you requested, and — if you become a client — provide the service. We never sell your data, and we don’t share it except with the processors needed to operate (e.g. email/hosting), under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, then we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to its use. Email us and we’ll action it promptly.
The research we deliver
Our deliverables are built from public market sources — we don’t need your data room or your client’s confidential materials, and we’ll sign your NDA on request.
